Terms and Conditions of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026 (Version 2026-10-11)
These terms govern your use of ChinaMedicalTour.org and related services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Overview
China Medical Tour ("PriumCare China", "We", "Us") provides medical travel coordination, itinerary planning, and concierge support services in China. We act solely as a facilitator connecting international patients with third-party hospitals and specialists.
- We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice.
- All medical services are delivered by licensed third-party hospitals and specialists.
- Any medical services contract is between you (the Patient) and the medical provider.
- Medical fees are paid by you directly to the hospital or clinic. The fees we charge are solely for consultation, matching, and trip coordination services. Care Starter's CNY 980 service fee excludes the hospital registration fee: after a slot is secured, we collect that fee separately at the hospital's actual price and pay it on your behalf. All other medical fees are paid directly to the provider.
2. Medical & Outcome Disclaimer
Content on our website and in our consulting reports is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical consultation.
- No Guarantee of Cure: Medical outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee results from any treatment, surgery, or procedure.
- No "Buyer's Remorse" Refunds: Disagreement with a specialist's medical opinion after a consultation has been delivered is not a service failure and is not grounds for a refund.
3. Visa & Travel Assistance
While we do not issue government visas, our services include assistance in obtaining medical invitation letters from partner hospitals.
- Disclaimer: Final visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy or Consulate of the People's Republic of China. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by visa denials.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Service fees are paid in full in CNY through Alipay, using the official Alipay QR our team sends in your WhatsApp chat after you accept a formal quote. By paying, you confirm the cancellation and refund terms below, which are also shown with your package before payment.
A. General Payment Terms
- Transaction Fees: Any refund that is due is returned through the original payment channel.
- Currency: All refunds are processed in the original payment currency.
B. Package Cancellation and Refunds
- These rules apply only to CMT service fees; hospital fees paid directly follow hospital policy. Completed services are not refundable, except where we cannot deliver as stated below.
- Medical record and report translation: no refund after delivery.
- Checkup escort and other escort services: 100% refund when cancelled more than 48 hours before the service; no refund at or within 48 hours.
- After a booking succeeds: 80% refund of the booking service fee when cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment; no refund at or within 48 hours.
- Package cancellation: apply each component’s rule separately to booking, escort and translation, based on the services already performed; a no-show is treated as cancellation within 48 hours.
- We cannot deliver (no escort available, or booking failed with no alternative): 100% refund; third-party costs already incurred are borne by us
- Rescheduling: one free reschedule more than 48 hours before the visit; within 48 hours, costs already incurred are charged
- Force majeure (visa refusal, flight cancellation, sudden illness) with valid proof: handled leniently.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed
C. Individual Services
Cancellation and refund terms for individual services are stated in your formal quote and confirmed before work starts.
Note: Hospital, examination and medicine fees follow each provider's own refund policy. They are paid directly to the providers, except for Care Starter's hospital registration fee, which is collected separately at the hospital's actual price after a slot is secured and paid on your behalf. The CNY 980 Care Starter service fee does not include this registration fee. Independent package agreements retain their own terms.
5. User Responsibilities & Conduct
- You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history and passport information.
- You agree to comply with the privacy and safety regulations of our partner hospitals.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Any verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward our on-ground staff (translators, drivers, assistants) will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
6. Support & Dispute Resolution
- For questions, complaints or payment concerns, contact CMT Support at support@chinamedicaltour.org.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction where China Medical Tour is registered.
8. Interpretation & Modifications
- Final Interpretation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, China Medical Tour reserves the right of final interpretation regarding these Terms, service content, fee structures, and delivery standards.
- Amendments and accepted quotes: We may update future service content and pricing. If you accept a quote within its validity period, the CMT service fees are locked only for the scope expressly listed in that quote. Additional scope requires a separate quote and your confirmation. Third-party fees are determined by the provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, China Medical Tour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the total service fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Third-Party Services
Third-party providers (hospitals, clinics, hotels, airlines, and payment processors) operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or changes in their policies.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including government actions, epidemics, natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, or network outages.
12. Privacy & Data Use
By using our services, you authorize us to collect and share necessary personal and medical information with partner hospitals and service providers to deliver services. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
13. Language & Version
The English version of these general Terms and Conditions is the official version; translations are provided for convenience. If these general terms conflict across languages, the English version prevails. Independent service or package agreements follow their own language and version provisions.
14. Operator Legal Entity
China Medical Tour is owned and operated by 北京问道行文旅科技有限公司.
