What we don't do.
We would rather tell you not to spend the money than sell you something you do not need. Being precise about where our job stops is part of the same promise.
We coordinate; we do not practise medicine. Diagnosis, treatment and prescribing decisions belong to the treating hospital physicians, and we never guarantee an outcome.
We do not sell, dispense or source prescription medication. We can arrange a hospital consultation about an existing treatment; whether a prescription is issued is the physician's decision alone.
We do not operate emergency services, ambulances or nursing care. In an emergency, call local emergency services โ 120 in mainland China โ or go straight to a hospital.
We do not file visa applications or issue invitation letters. We explain the policy that applies to you; the application stays in your hands.
We charge a flat coordination fee and take no commission from hospitals. Hospital and third-party fees are billed by those providers and paid directly to them.
We name a hospital publicly only where we hold written authorisation to do so. Every other hospital we coordinate with is described by type and region instead.
We do not publish anything that identifies a patient. Case examples are de-identified and used only with consent.
When a need falls outside these lines, we say so and point you to who can actually help.
